Payment and Delivery Policy

Payment.

Purchases from the website are processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to buy an item. You can pay directly with your credit or debit card through PayPal. Simply follow the instructions when you check out.

You do not need an account on our website to purchase items.

Shipping. All UK deliveries are subject to an age verification check. 

The shipping prices shown for each area DO NOT include insurance. If you require insurance for your delivery please contact Richard prior to purchasing the item so the insurance cost can be calculated and added to the P&P price.
Most of the items on the website can be shipped to you. However there may be exceptions to this rule. This will be clearly noted in the product description.
Orders placed online will be shipped out within three working days of your payment being received. If for any reason the despatch of your purchase is delayed you will be notified by email. If you require items sooner please contact us on +44 (0)7772 388817 to discuss delivery options.

All items are sent by Parcelforce tracked and signed for delivery or by a similar recorded courier service.
Combined shipping is offered and recommended where possible subject to weight and dimensional restrictions. Combined shipping costs will be calculated and an invoice for shipping will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Where possible items are sent with recycled packaging materials to save waste and help the environment. All items are packaged to a professional standard using strong boxes.

International orders.

Please note: Bygone Blades cannot be held responsible for any import duties that may be payable. All duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not request that we under value items. Bygone Blades cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs screening or similar practices.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any necessary import licences are obtained and that the item purchased is legal to own in their country. Bygone Blades will not be responsible for items seized by international customs officials.
