The 32.25 inch / 82 cm straight dumbbell shaped blade has a deep central fuller and spear point. The un-etched blade has mild age related tarnishing.
The ¾ basket hilt with honeysuckle scroll pattern and pierced strap work bears a crown and the royal cipher of George V.
The blade is firm in the hilt. The ray skin and twisted wire grip are in good condition. Maker unknown.
